About Milagros
I am an Executive Mentor and the founder of The Milagros Group. For over two decades, I’ve worked alongside senior leaders and international professionals in complex organisational environments, supporting them through growth, change, and increasing levels of responsibility.
Long before I became a mentor, I had a front-row seat to leadership in action. I saw how accomplished executives navigated complexity, made difficult decisions, influenced others, and carried the pressures that came with responsibility. Over time, I noticed something few leadership programmes address.
Success eventually creates challenges that experience alone can’t solve.
The qualities that once fuelled performance can gradually create pressure, reduce clarity, and limit leadership.
That insight shaped the work I do today.
I help leaders understand the operating system beneath their leadership, recognise the patterns it creates, and evolve how they think, decide, and lead—from the inside out.
Drawing on executive coaching, Jungian psychology, behavioural transformation, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and extensive experience working across cultures, I create a private space where leaders can think clearly, challenge deeply held assumptions, and lead with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
