A group and individual coaching program to help you develop and utilize your leadership traits to move your life and career in the right direction. Leadership starts with knowing yourself and managing yourself better according to your own beliefs, values, and goals.
The purpose of this program is to guide you from where you are to where you want to be. We’ll achieve this together through dialogue, reflection, the use of a tailored methodology, tools, assessment and of course – coaching!
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES
Some preparation work (exercises, worksheets, assessment) is required to support the learnings and accelerate success. Email support is provided between sessions. The group sessions are on Tuesday, the individual sessions to be scheduled with each participant separately once they have enrolled in the program.
REFLECT
1 x 1-hour individual session to analyze current and desired situation. Identify and acknowledge what is missing.
DESIRE
1 x 1,5-hour group session to envision and define the leader you want to be for yourself and others according to your own beliefs, values, and goals.
CAPITALIZE
1 x 1,5-hour group session to build and capitalize on your strengths to make the best use of your opportunities.
REDUCE
1 x 1,5-hour group session to know and understand your saboteurs and work with them so you can move forward with confidence.
DEVELOP
1 x 1,5-hour group session to set goals to raise your personal effectiveness and build your capacity to lead yourself and others.
PERFORM
1 x 1-hour individual session to write an action plan to achieve your goals. Having clear goals and an action plan will result in improved performance.
GROW
1 x 30-minute follow-up individual session a month after the program has ended to support ongoing accountability.
